Cult of Cuddle will issue an exchange for all non-damaged non-clearance items with notification within 5 days of when the items were received, provided the items are unopened, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects (must be received by Cult of Cuddle within 30 days). If you receive a defective product, you must notify us (with a photo of defects) within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
